David Farid Rwegasira is the Partner of the firm and manages the litigation portfolio. He holds a Bachelor Degree of Laws from St Augustine University. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Law (Legal Practice) from The Law School of Tanzania. David is a member of Tanganyika Law Society and East Africa Law Society and has been practicing as an Advocate for more than 7 years. He has a solid experience in Commercial Litigation, Compliance, Intellectual Property and Copyright Laws, IT Laws.
David has worked with various places such as Africarriers Group of Companies, MAXI Insurance, City Engineering Limited, Professional Development Centre Limited, National Education Commission and A.A Attorneys, in various positions such as Compliance Manager, Legal Administrator, Human Resource Assistant to Director of Legal Election Affairs and as a Senior Advocate at AA Attorneys.
