Ludigalda M. Mavika is the Managing Partner of the firm and the main contact person. She is an Advocate of High Court of Tanzania, having attained her Bachelor of Laws Degree from Mzumbe University. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Law (Legal Practice) from The Law School of Tanzania. She has been practicing as an Advocate for more than 13 years. Ludigalda is also a member of Tanganyika Law Society (T.L.S) as well as East Africa Law Society (E.L.S) with solid experience in Commercial/Corporate Law, Oil and Gas, Labour & Employment, Land & Conveyancing, Mergers and Acquisition, Insurance, Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, General and Specialized Litigation as well as Provision of Advisory Services.
Prior to establishing a firm, Ludigalda worked at various law firms such as K & M Advocates as a Legal Officer/Advocate, Hesl Attorneys as a Partner and FNR Associates as a Partner. Further to that Ludigalda also worked with Mogas Tanzania Limited as HR & Legal Manager & Company Secretary.
Ludigalda has vast training in negotiation, drafting and management contracts.
